I am trying to download safety maps and the only format my poi will read is csv. it will not read any other have tried 1000 times still not working help

When you asked for help last time you were pointed towards This (Click) instruction page.

The problem you are refering to is common and is resolved by typing into the file name box ( *.* ) as in (star dot star) and press open. you will then see all the files within the download. Older navman models use the acs format while newer models now use csv. but there is no difference in the files when you manage to open them.
