A thin diffuser type product a litte like one of those magnifying lenses you see in the back of busses.

What about those people who leave the blue cellophane on thier plates? "oh! I forgot to take it off, officer!"

It's more to send the message that 'any' attempt to defeat the system whether it works or not will get you in serious doo doo if caught.

It doesn't of course, if you saw the results when the film is processed you'd see how laughably poor these sprays are!
