Safety camera Database and Navman ST V3

Hi,
I've just got a Mio 168 and instaled Navman ST V3 which seems to be good however I would like to have the Safety Camera Database on as well.I downloaded the Database and the specific instructions for Navman and promptly got lost! I'm a novice with this kit and don't understand what files to install, the instructions mention three files and then list sixall with ov2 extensions but when I look at what is downloaded there are a number with different extensions ov2,csv.bitmap etc. Should all these be installed or only some of them? Do I have to convert them all to .csv?
I'm sure there is a simple answer but I can't see it!
I've tried the FAQs under different topics but can't find anything relevant.
I would be gratefull for any pointers.
