Logging visited places on TTG

Hi,

Quick question.

Is there anyway of getting TTG to peridocally log places you have been, for example you are taking an alternative route, which you may want to take again having never been that way before, can tom tom auto log lat and long or something whilst you are making your journey. Then when you have finshed it you can look back through where you have been and take the info off to plan the route one day.

Any ideas

I don't think you can do this with the TTG, unless you "Add Favourites" all along the way. It's something that my old Garmin GPS V did very nicely, but it lacking in the TTG. The Garmin GPS V also displayed elevation, but the TTG doesn't. There are some really easy things they could do with the TTG if only they looked at other models and copied their ideas!

You can add a new category, in maintain POI's. Then add a new POI to that category - including a title.
