MapSonic - Bluetooth - Fatal Alert

Hi

I've installed MapSonic (BT version) in to my T3, with the new patch.

It works sometimes, but a lot of times I get this alert :

"Fatal Alert

Fatal Exception

Reset"

And the only thing I can do, is to soft reset my T3.

I believe it has something to do with the BT....but has anyone a solution to my problems ?

Hi again

Wrote to ViaMichellin, but had no expectations for a quick answer - but I was wrong :-))

The problem is due to the bluetooth cache in the Palm, which shall unables.

Great answer to solve this copied from another thread on this forum:

"The solution is to delete the Bluetooth device cache from your Palm. You will lose all trusted devices that you have paired with, but after doing this Mapsonic will let you activate bluetooth and you can pair other devices after that, Mapsonic still works.

To delete the cache, select 'App' menu from tungstens main screen. Then select 'delete' and 'Bluetooth device cache' and delete it."

Well - it worked for me - I'm back in business. Enjoy everyone! :D
