Free Speed Camera Downloads for Medion 95000

I am all new to this GPS thing and my partner bought me a Medion 95000 from Aldis for christmas. As is is at the moment it seems to be a lovely little tool and am learning something new every day. I have just downloaded POI-Warner and was wondering if the free speedcamera downloads from pocketgpsworld would work in my unit or would it be better to buy the information.
I would be gratefull for any comments. at all.
