TomTom - Impossible to contact - can anyone help.

Last week I ordered the USA map for a TomTom Go on the tomtom.com website. The website is still showing the shipping info as "Warehouse".

I'm going to the USA soon so need this item this week, I have tried the following methods to contact TomTom.

0845 1610009 - Always tells me to ring back.
Faxes to +31 20 4469 496 - No response
Phone +31 20 4469 469 - Told to phone 0845 number.
Webform - no response.

Can anyone suggest any way to actually contact TomTom?

Try posting a question on the TomTom website. They always seem to reply within a few hours. You'll need to register with an email address.
