"Individual Maps" vs " Maps of Westerns europ

I there !

A simple question for you ...

Do you know the difference there is between the maps provided on the "Maps of Western Europe" cd's
AND
The Maps provided individually (Like France Benelux, Sweden,Germany,...), on SD cards ?

Just asking because the Maps of western Europe (12 maps I think) package costs almost 189 euros.
The Maps provided individually on SD cards are 150 euros each !!

Means If you want to buy all 12, you'll have to pay 150*12 = 1800 euros !!!!

Is that cost difference coming only from the fact that you don't have the SD cards with the "Maps of Western Europe" (but an SD card of 1 GB costs a maximum of 100 euros) ...

Or is that simply that the Maps of Western Europe CD is containing much less details than the individual maps ???

My understanding is its' the same map detail on both. If you buy individually you get it on a SD card, and you simply plug it in and it works. If you buy on CD you have to buy a SD card, manaully install the maps, register them etc.
I have the maps on CD and am pleased with the detail, SD cards are so cheap now and the installation is easy.
