I can't pay to subscribe!

I'm trying to subscribe to Tomtom Traffic.
I get to a page where you have to type in your details.
Unfortuanltey, there is a page where there should be a form field for email - but there isn't!

What this means is that I can't submit the form!

Any ideas?

(I've tried the above with IE. I tried Firefox first, but that get's stuck a few pages before as well on something else!)
