Installing new speed camera data over old

I now have the lastest Novemeber speed camera data. Do I need to uninstall the old date before installing the new version?

Not as far as i can tell, having installed two sets of speed camera data over older files. Note that new categories of camera (mobile and temporary) have been introduced with the last two updates.
