Even with a big red warning on the subscription page we still get a regular number of users subscribing to the database because of a handful of YouTube videos... They then complain and demand refunds even though they have accessed and downloaded the data...

It's annoying and we will NOT give refunds based on you ignoring our warnings and going ahead anyway... We will ONLY refund if you have NOT downloaded the data. I honestly do not know how we can make this clearer!

If you want a refund, contact the YouTuber who sent you our way.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
