Can't find Dagenham (ESSEX)

Hi All
I purchased a TTG a couple of months ago and have been very happy with it. I live in Chatham Kent, and I tried to go to an address in Dagenham in Essex which I know is north of the river Thames but TTG directed me to a Dagenham London which came up South of the Thames??? any idea's as to why this might be. I have upgraded the software to 4.4 also put in the speed cams.Could the new software have caused this.

I've just used the BROWSE MAP and under ADDRESS for the City I typed in DAGENHAM (in full) and it gave me a choice of one which was Dagenham (London), for the Street again I typed in DAGENHAM (again in full) and selected the only Dagenham available which had the building symbol next to it, when I viewed the map I was north of the Thames and the roads the map displayed were the junction of Heathway and Hedgemans Road.

Also when selecting a destination I did the same with the same results.

I live in Blackpool and I'm also using version 4.40.

Try doing the above and tell me what results you get, just out of curiosity what was the address and postcode you wanted to locate to as I've noticed since I installed version 4.40 when I want to find a street destination after entering the city or town some of the roads on the first page are sometimes not for that town or city.

Dagenham is on my system and directs me to Heathway which is the main drag in the place.

No problem finding Dagenham (London Borough of Barking and Dagenham) on my TTG.
