Formatted SD Card in TTG - now nothing will load onto it....

Please see my earlier post for the background to this - basically was trying to load version 4.40.

Deleted the maps from card, couldn't get them back on again - so was advised to format card to FAT and load everything on from CD. Loads application fine, but when you try and tranfer the maps over it comes up with "disc access problem", and stops at that stage.

Can someone help?? Please....
