turn off live services on TTG1005 live

Hi guys
My 1005 live is constantly crashing..I have sussed out it is related to the live traffic...the traffic just wont load...I get the busy notification for 3 or 4 mins then the unit crashes...on the odd occasion it loads the traffic it works fine in the most part...I have been all over the menus and cant find any way of disabling live traffic or even all live services...can it be done? Or is the tom tom being binned in favour of my phone apps?

On Startup preferences...........

Share information. Say 'no'.

Result will be no Live Services on unit.

Thanks DHN never knew that existed...have just done that and the traffic is indeed off..I will see how it performs now
..have about 1500 miles to run to find out
