Indoor Positioning by using Wi-Fi

Hi,
In indoor positioning by using Wi-Fi, here we build the radio map. for example if we take a room for experiment we devide the room in to 1m*1m squres we measure the received signal strength (RSS) values at each square.In different positions(square boxes) we receive same RSS value in that case how to distinguish in which position u r exactly.
