request not is not included in subscription error

Hi,
I had to wipe my device and reinstall the software.
It took me about ten tries until I passed the language setup step.
Now when trying to use it, I get "request not is not included in subscription" error.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?

Same problem here with a Blackberry 8900. Installs fine, activation code seems to let me work, but as soon as I try and run anything in Telmap the system says I have no valid subscription.

Running ::
Blackberry 8900 running OS 5.0.0.190
Telmap Beta.

Was running Telmap standard, and Orange Maps (Carrier Branded telmap) with no problems.

contacted telmap support, problem fixed.

We see you’re using an ad-blocker. We’re fine with that and won’t stop you visiting the site.
