I went on a 30 mile trip today and used telmap. A couple of things of note:

the volume is way to low. I have it set to HIGH on my BB bold but it is still hard to hear it.

I came to a major roundabout with 5 exits. It told me to take the bypass and did not give me the road number. My tom tom is very good at repeating the instruction as you get nearer. Telmap did not give me very clear instructions as to exactly which exit to take and told me to take the by pass - no road sign referred to it as the by pass so if I had not known where I was going it would have been very confusing. It told me to turn right at a roundabout which was fine, but this was 700 + yards away and it completely ignored a major set of traffic lights.

I am missing being informed of all the speed cameras and would like to turn on and off different POI's.

As the BB is not touch screen it was annoying that the information at the bottom (ie time and distance) can only be accessed by using the trackball - not easy if you are driving.

I deliberately went a different route and the speed of the remapping was excellent.

Sue,There is a wishlist on the Telmap section, can I ask that you cut and paste your notes onto a posting there?
