Swindon Council reviews Speed Cameras' usage

About 18 months ago, after a delivery to Conwy, I did a return trip of verifying camera reports from Brunstrom country southwards. I checked about 30 I think, being only able to suggest they were (or were not) viable locations, because I didn't see a single one. Nor did I see a single police car until I was many, many miles along my way, when I eventually saw three parked together in a layby.
