Touchscreen Sereo and GPS Box help

Hi, I was wondering, is it possible to connect a GPS Receiver box to a touchscreen stereo such as this one http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&rd=1&item=250230164533&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT&ih=015 and run it through the head unit. So for example if you had a GPS box with tomtom, could you run it through the head unit and control t all with the touchscreen?

It might be possible to get some form of GPS connected to the device, but having read through the text in the advert I wouldn't even bother, the chances are it won't work, it certainly won't work with something like a TomTom unit as there is no way to plug one in - the bit I wonder about is the "Brown yellow tipped connector for GPS video" sounds rubbish to me - Mike

It works great with any av input , but through remote that comes with it not touch screen
