Registered twice – and confused!

I joined many years back and forgot.

Then this January I paid a subscription re-registering and I get your newsletter sent to my new email address. But I have forgotten both my nickname and password.

However, I found my old nickname and password from years back and so am able to access the site and am told I have 277 days etc left. (How's that?) Under my old original registration details there was an out-of-date email address (which I've updated) and the receive newsletter option is unchecked.

I suppose the question is: Can you supply me with my new nickname and password by checking with the email address to which I now receive the newsletter? And how can I let you know what that is, without broadcasting it here?

Aren't we careless subscribers just a pain in the butt?

If you send an email to subscriptions[AT]pocketgpsworld.com, giving as much detail as you can of both of the accounts, they should be able to get you sorted out.

Nicknames and email addresses will help.
