QStarz BT-Q818 Bluetooth Antenna

Hi, i've been working on a project to extend the range of bluetooth. By attaching a wifi antenna to a bluetooth USB dongle i've managed to increased the range to several hundred metres. This allows me to use the above bluetooth GPS on my Go Kart and from the pits monitor its speed, direction...

But I still need more range for larger tracks, so...

I would like to fit a small bluetooth antenna to my Bluetooth GPS but im struggling to work out where on the PCB it is. Anyone have any ideas? Attached are pictures to the front and back of the PCB.





Any help would be appreciated,
