gnav10 were to put csv speed files?

hi there i have got a gnav10,
iam trying to look on this forum for the last 3 hours and cant seem to find a page telling me were to put the csv file for the speed cameras,
i have set up the bmp files ready to go,
hope someone can help, thanks in advance.
