I would like to download saved tracks and waypoints from my Garmin
Geko 201 to a laptop PC. The Geko has the same interface as the Etrex
and from reading the review on this site, you can download saved tracks
from the Geko 201 to a PPC running Tom Tom or similiar software.
Which navigation software for PC's allow you to download saved tracks
and waypoints from the Garmin?
Thanks in advance. |

Garmin's own Mapsource products fit the bill. _________________ Tim |

You will also find that applications such as Memory-Map, Fugawi and OziExplorer will support downloads of the data to PC though the NavMan SmartExplorer doesnt.
Some of these will also allow you to exchange data between the GPS and the PDA as well. (Cant quite remember which ones at the moment.) _________________ Mike Barrett
