Been to Birmingham today went their fine but when I came back, hoping to come back on the M42/A42 was routed on to the m6 toll road, had to pay up £2.50 for just driving one junction. My mistake should have ticked avoid toll roads. Lesson Learnt, hope you have done an' all.

Be careful when you do this. I had "avoid Toll Roads" ticked and when I was presetting a route to go whitewater rafting it was a really weird route. Then I realkised it was avoiding the Forth Road Bridge. So If you use a toll bridge near you, don't tick the box!

I had the very same problem trying to drive to Wales yesterday. It tried to take me on a huge round trip to avoid both Severn Bridges I'd previously had it switched off to avoid the M6 Toll, which worked a treat!
