POI Question re Speed Cameras and CSV Files....

I have searched but can't seem to find anything relating to my question.....

I have a directory full of csv files, one set from the general POI web site and the other from this site.

The pocket_gps csv file for the cameras are generally split into speed zones, 20, 30, 40 etc... I have one question though. I have tba, var and mobile extensions on the names which are self exaplnatory, but what I'm unsure of is the files called "pocketgps_uk_gatso" with no speed or type on the end. Is this csv a list of every camera around? If so and I have the 20's, 30's etc do I need this CSV file? And will it interfere with the other seperate zoned co-ordinates if they exist in this file?
