Nuvi 350: Delete file!!!! Help!

I have bought a week ago nuvi 350, is fantastic!!! :D

In the attempt to load a list of POI ... for error I have delete the file silvia.vpn.

Now, the GPS does not say more to me the name of the street in which turning.... I have sent a mail to the Garmin attendance but they do not answer to me.

Someone could kindly send to me through mail the file silvia.vpn ?
