I understood from other posts in this forum that the c310 has the capability to search for a full postcode. Either mine doesn't, or I'm doing something wrong. I press WHERE TO? I go to ADDRESS, and start to enter a postcode, (say OL59DB). I get as far as OL59 then the device asks for a house number, then for a street name. Is this what should happen? I had assumed the device would accept the full postcode and then calcuate a route. I have checked that I have the latest software. |

If you are omiiting the space in the postcode i.e. AA0 0AA then I think that this is the problem. try it with a space between the two parts of the postcode. |

You're right. Thanks for that. I'm trying to make up my mind which of the two devices I've got is the one to keep. I've got the c310 and a Navman icn510 (one I bought myself, the other was a present). |

I would certainly keep the c310 but that's just my opinion. I don't actually have a lot of experience with Navman myself but going through this fantastic website it seems that Navmans are full of hitches (more than Garmin). Other owners may be able to offer more help in this regard. |
