Hi , I,m trying to connect my c330 to my pc but the pc doesn,t recognise it. Any help pleaseeeee

On my C320, I installed the software from the CDROM. I am using windows XP. I can see a white and blue G in the system tray(Garmin USB launcher). On connecting the C320 it is detected.
