rother - do you mean when you are uploading the new firmware or after installing 2.70 firmware you can't install POI's in the express mode?
if you want 2.50 i have it still on my pc and can email it if needed

the firmware upgrade should work with 'express' download..you might have a software conflict on your pc or the firmware download was corrupt...also a few people have indicated having lockups with v2.70 and have gone back o the more stable v2.5.... _________________ *************************** |

Re MaFt's POIs - can I suggest that you remove the 'MWay' prefix from the Motorway Services csv file. (a) as it is the 'Motorway Services' file MWay is, really, redundent but more importantly (b) the service station name tends to be truncated. |

i put the prefixes in the files so that when you do a 'find nearby' and 'all categories' you can see easily what sort of POI it is

OK - It's easy enough for me to modify them.
Thanks for managing them in the first place. |
