When travelling with the i3 switched on(map showing) but not following a route I have noticed the speed shown to be approximately 5 mph slower than my cars speedo, anyone else noticed the same ? (my car speedo is correct). |

Dare one ask how you know your car speedo to be correct? I generally have two GPS devices active at any one time and they almost always read the same as each other. When they are showing 70mph, my car speedo is showing 73-74mph. _________________ Tim |

This has been discussed a number of times. Have a read of the this discussion.
Sorry to tell you but the reality is almost certainly that the GPS is correct and your car speedo is reading fast. :P _________________ Gone fishing! |

I rely on the Garmin in camera speed zones, I typically get about 10% above speedo reading before gobby chirps in with a warning....not got flashed yet!! |
