Back to the subject again. Been using (MaFt) POIs with no problem apart from the fact that only the speed cam icons and not any of the others are being displayed in the 'Where to' mode. These speed cam icons are also only showing if the alert is set off by exceeding the speed limit and not all the time. I tried both express and manual installation of the POIs with no difference in outcome. If the camera icons are only showing when the proximity alert is triggered off then how would it be possible to display the other POIs icons (which don't have proximity alerts)? Has anyone come to solve this issue? |

you need to open the file in excel and edit each entry to have the @ sign and the speed you want the alert at... _________________ *************************** |

Thanks Zogman, so in essence I need to make all POIs into ones that have proximity alerts even if they are not speed cams. If that is the case then I would assume that the speed should be set at "0" and the proximity distance as needed unless I am mistaken. |

if theres a zero after the @ then the poi will show as you approach it ..i'm not sure how the proximity distance is worked out, it might be a standard distance built in to the i3 firmware.... _________________ *************************** |
