Camera data onto Tomtom5

I've just bought an iPAQ 2750 with Tomtom 5. I've got the camera database and want to install it on the SD card.
Being an utter novice I'm puzzled by the fact that when I view any of the pocketgps_uk ov2/BMP files in PoiEdit, the position of the cameras appear not to be in UK, ie some have a longitude more than 5 degrees east. I'm probably being a bit thick but will be very gratefulif someone can explain an tell me what I'm doing wrong.
