no storage available on device

i have a icn510 and I have downloaded the speed camara database. i have done everything as per instructions but when i click on ok in the poi editor to save to device and then click ok on the poi options button i get an error message saying "no storage available on device" even though in smartst desktop my icn memory card says i have 5.9mb available of 122mb and the database file are only 218kb and the bmp file is 150kb so there is plenty of memory to store these 2 files,

can anyone help me please
