Have you ever done a windows explorer backup to your computer ?
Have you ever purchased a new map for it ? _________________ Garmin Drive 51LMT-S EU

No. Wait until an expert suggests what to do. I was being facetious about your double post |

Correct. Without a unit backup or if the map on the device had never been upgraded, you will have to purchase a new map. If that is your choice, I'd wait till Tuesday when I suspect the 960 maps will be released. _________________ David |

No. The maps are locked to the device they are originally downloaded onto. Unless you have the TT One and plan on using that as your SatNav, it's backup is useless to you.
As dhn says, wait until the new maps are out if you plan on buying maps. _________________ Garmin Nuvi 2599
