The car icons are held (and new ones placed) in a folder Art\Cars. If you haven't got that folder, you've had it.

See the chart HERE (about half way down).

Afraid it says the custom car cursors are not available in official Navcore 7 software for any models other than the 520 and 720 (and the 920 when it appears).

Andy

according to that menu you have shown the link to a Go910 should have the menu greyed out for warn when near poi's, but my 910 works ok and I can select any poi in my list to warn when near.. should it not have a "P" in the box on the list.

Who is right?

Flack Confused

Indeed, it doesn't show a P for ANY model to be able to warn when near. Didn't TomTom have some input with this chart? Déjà vue?

Correction. The chart shows "Manage POI", under which the Warn when near happens. Embarassed

Exactly.
Flack... There is a forum topic that accompanied that chart. In one of the posts I mentioned that it has to be read using "TomTom logic"!
Quote:
Ah, no. It's a rather confusingly laid out chart.

The line above is "Manage POIs" (which is where "warn when near" normally lives) and is available on all units EXCEPT the ONE 3rd Edition The "warn when near" line is the next one down, with just the ONE 3rd Ed on it, meaning it hasn't got the full POI menu but just the warn when near bit of it.

Similarly with the Voice preferences menu. The chart shows the 520 and 720 have the full Voice preferences" menu, but the other models just have "Change voice" instead.

No problem, but may I suggest you remove your email address from your signature as it is a bit open to spamming there.
