False plates defeats them all. That's why people are turning to them. |

I must admit that I could never understand why we have a mix of front/rear facing cameras here. Forward facing cameras that can photograph the driver will at least remove all the 'I can't remember who was driving' issues or those where a husband gets his wife to take the points etc. On the continent they use them exclusively. _________________ Darren Griffin |

Because it seems in the UK we have governments that take the cheapest or least sensible option first, only to then have to blow more money to upgrade or replace it. See also Chip and PIN. We (the UK) have the cheaper, less secure version which means that all data between the handset and the stores computer is unencrypted. Therefore a data reader could be put in place to capture all data going to and from the computer to the handset. Every other country opted for the more secure version. |

After all, all they are doing is breaking the law! _________________ Jock

Joking aside, that might not be as silly as it sounds
For some reason a coach will trigger certain cameras when well within the limit. This is allegedly because of the shape and size of the vehicle, we were once told when I contested a 'flash' that it was probably because the air con pods on top of the coach had set it off, it was a common occurrence apparently, so it was a "not guilty m'lord" _________________ Tomtom Go730T
