Two fixed speed cameras sites in Barnsley have been scrapped. The decision has been based on the site's speed profiles and casualty history.

The cameras on Rotherham Road at Cundy Cross and Wombwell Lane, Stairfoot, have been decommissioned as part of a South Yorkshire Safety Camera Partnership review as to speed camera effectiveness in the area.
