TOMTOM GO E Mail

Has anyone had any success with e mailing TOMTOM support?
I tried to contact them, but the reply was only to say that they no longer monitor the e mail address (support@tomtom.com)Was this the wrong address?

Have you registered.

Go to TomTom go web site and register on MY TOMTOM then click on tab "Send email"

I got replies within 10 mins using 'My TomTom' - very good service.
