Guys, if you want the reports, then surely the report that is generated by the app or android should reach you when we hit the send button on the phone directly after the crash (as other apps do......) To expect us to have the time to look for reports in various sub directories, then cut & paste, etc, is, I think, asking a bit much. No other app writers ask for it - why you? |

you're replying to a rather old thread. We have already implemented your suggestion. _________________ Lutz

Then why do have an email from your support system for a crash to day asking me to do exactly that? |

Is there a response as to why I received your system email asking for the log? |

Been a member for a while but only buy the camera databases when my work situation changes and results in me needing to travel s lot
So I've downloaded the latest version and am running it on an HTC One
Bought an annual subscription. However one day in and the app just crashes for no apparent reason. It has sent an error report.
trouble is I potentially have an unuseable app and am £20 down as this is the only device I shall use it on
hope this can be rectified as this is the first time I've had any problems with your stuff |

My HTC One is being replaced tomorrow, once that's done I can do some testing and see if I get the same issue.

Did you by any chance have network location enabled in the CamerAlert settings? You may want to try to clear the CamerAlert data in the App settings. _________________ Lutz

Happy to try that, although could not see where that was in the Settings. In the acrtuak app itself right?

the "Use network location" settings are in our application. The "Clear data" is done in the Android Apps settings. _________________ Lutz
