In this case you have two options, purchase another memory card from a reputable supplier that has a good high speed capability the "Integral SD High Speed" from Maplins work fine in the Go devices and install your back-up to it, or wait until Monday morning and contact TomTom via the phone number (which you have got) - explain the card is dead, they should be able to sort you out, they have been asking for proof of purchase for waranty work so please have your receipt ready as a photocopy to send back as well - Mike |

Probably the back-up that is not intact to be honest, the folder screen capture you listed doesn't look good with some strange folder called .Trashes in it - can you locate the actual backup folder on the PC and grab a screen shot of that using Windows Explorer - the way to find the actual folder is via TomTom Home once this software is running select File/ Preferences click the advanced tab and file path to the backup will be listed, if the back up is bad there is little else you can do until Monday - Mike |
