I don't know if this is a new addition or I just hadn't seen it before but after having sucessfuly been guided to the entrance of the multi-storey car park in Hook Road Epsom to visit a nearby client, I parked in the car park & after my appointment returned to the car, fired up my trusty TTN2 & asked for a route home. Instead of informing me that I had no fix & it would calculate as soon as it had one it enquired whether I would like the calculation started from the last known good fix, I acceptd this & it immediately gave me a route from the entrance of the car park where it had lost the signal.

Bravo TomTom, The best just keeps getting better. Now if only you could sort out the many anomolies I have found in the database............................

It is a new feature within TTN2. It also enables you to plot a route in the comfort of your own home, and drive the route without actually getting in the car and connecting the GPS Receiver, so you can preview the route.
