UK PreLoaded Map Can't Load

I've recently bought the Navman 4200 GPS. The package includes a pre-loaded 128MB Memory card UK Map but when i loaded it into my Axim50, the maps just can't load. I checked the map options in the setup; made sure the directory was correct but could not find the maps.

I tried the SmartST3 Desktop program and it shows the UK maps are present in the memory card. Does anyone know why the UK maps on the 128MB memory card can't load on my Axim. Pls advise. Thanx All.
