Hi there Im new to this and was wondering if anyone can tell me if I can download the speed camera option to my navman pin? Ive got version 2.0 smartST.

Unless I'm misremembering, there's no support for POI files such as speed cameras in SmartST 2; you'd need to upgrade to SmartST 3.

I'll leave you in the capable hands of the Navman users - though I'm sure reading the Navman forums will soon have you clued up.

You are quite right, V2 doesn't support POI's - but V3 does - and is a much much better version.
