Usually after programming in a destination I get a light blue line with white chevrons showing the route to take etc...

However recently (twice in the past 8 occasions of use approx) I've noticed that I can get a red line (with green chevrons) showing the route to take. If I switch off the ICN 630 and back on the route goes from red to light blue again.

Does anyone know what's going on?

No idea, unless it's somehow changing colour schemes.

I assume you're using it in 'Night mode" with the colours possibly in High Contrast? I noticed the same thing on my 510. Is this another small bug, Navman?

Yep, it was the fact that I had it in night mode usually as opposed to day mode.

Yup - there are quite a few colour schemes in V3 - default, desert, snow, ocean (or something like that)

These sorta correspond with the effects you noticed
