swith from sirf to nmea on gr230

can't find the answer to this....

i read that sirf is faster to update and more accurate. is this correct?

if so, how on earth do i switch my gr230 onto sirf? and also, how do i turn on power saving mode?

if i switch to sirf, which baud rate should i use and will it definitely be better?

Be careful when switching, if you switch from NMEA to SIRF make sure you switch to the same baud rate before trying to change the baud rate otherwise you'll de-sync the BT module.
