Help Checkpoint OV2 & BMP files

I've downloaded the Speed Camera detection list and the instructions then say to extractthe files and copy the pocketgps_uk_sc.ov2 and pocketgps_uk_sc.bmp files to the storage card, but I don't have those two files. there are a few ov2 and bmp files so I tried copying them but I don't get all the options. Then I tried copying the whole file and still don't get all the options, basicall I get as faras to set the sound for the warning and it won't let me.

Can anyone help ?
