Can anyone please help.
I have a fantastic tomtom nav 3 for my Palm T3, all is well apart from i can't activate my maps of western europe (germany). My wife got the bundle for me at christmas, however, up until last week we didn't realise that the inner box containing the 9 x CDs also housed the product code. I have everything except that box with the code
I have been on tomtom's website and also tried to phone with no joy as of yet. I must have this code to then activate my map. I have been submitting my tomtom nav 3 product code and have now realised that this won't work
Can anyone help |

thank you for replying but unfortunately i have also tried that and it doesn't help me either. It all hinges on the product code for the maps of western europe which i no longer have |

Normally the product code is on the cover of the first CD (not on the box). You will need to continue to call TomTom, give them a proof of purchase, and ask them to give you a new product code. _________________ Lutz
