No matching address

Hi,this my first try at posting a question in any forum so if I get anything wrong I appologise.
I have just purchased a Mio 168 + copilot which I have found to be very good except for the speed camera operation, which from reading this forum seems to be an ongoing problem for quite a few of us.
Having followed the instuctions for downloading the camera update from this site I get as far as section 9 Data Import Status ok but when the download is complete it shows,
Exact 0, Good 1, Fair 3, Fail 3554, from a total of 3558 records. the reason for the failure is, No Matching Address.
Has anyone any ideas as to the reason for this.

Hi, I have solved the problem with the help of Oldie. Downloading to PC5 is a doddle now. Keep up the good work. great site.
