Slight problem with navman.. help needed!

Hi all,

Got a slight problem with my Navman, seems like a bug.

After setting my destination and arriving at my destination, the ladys voice will notify me that i have reached my destination. THEN the problem occurs... the map doesnt reset itself, ie if i continue uo the same road and go on another trip without setting a destination on my navman the navman doesnt seem to show me on the map moving, though it still warns of POIS (audio alert).

Its very strange am i doing something wrong?

Please advise if you can.

Yes, I noticed this when I first got the icn 510. What seems to happen is that when you reach your destination, the unit goes into manual mode i.e. you have to update the map yourself as you move (not quite sure what use this has in the real world as you don't normally have a hand free). Press the escape key a few times until you get into the automatic mode and the map will follow your position properly.

In manual mode it still warns you of POI alerts because it still knows where you are even if it doesn't show you on the screen. You are, in effect, off screen.
