According to this page on Navman Store's website, it all happens in January. Did you actually call them to confirm their stock levels?

| No, but up until now they haven't had stock, and since the email it says that they have 10-+ in stock. |

True, but given
a) the fact that they offer 'before-noon-next-day' delivery and
b) the positive reputation the company has on these forums,
I have no reason to disbelieve them.
By all means ring them up and prove me wrong though ;-) |

| Nor me, as I already have the 4410 - but the sooner the V3 software is released, the sooner I can ask Navman for the updated maps for V2. |
